Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

How to Initiate a Return

• Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
• We will provide return instructions and a return authorization.
• Ship the item back in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds may take 20-30 business days to process and will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you wish to return an item, please follow the return process above and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
• Personal care and hygiene products
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
